Poor service or it is a ****

I'm so disappointed, I paid for my hair on the 19th of July up to this date I haven't received it..the whatsapp number that I used when ordering the person in charge nolonger responds..when I check with the Amex it's still at Sandton..I'm shattered and dissatisfied
