Poor service on their online orders

I regret buying their wig online. Their online services is very poor. Firstly I have struggled to get hold of them. When I did I waited for 3 weeks. Every week they say I will get it by end of the week. I ended going to collect it from their branch in Roodepoort and still they refused to refund my delivery fee.
