Poor service at Exclusive Virgin Hair

Their service is soooo poor, I’m so disappointed and disgusted!!! I’m actually shocked because last year they did not give me this disgusting service!!!

I went to the Durban Branch in Morning Side to go buy some hair, firstly the lady at the front desk had such an attitude she said to me that the hair that I want is an online promotion so I have to buy the hair online and send them the proof of payment on their WhatsApp business number, I did exactly that and they were taking long to respond to my text messages and their were online on WhatsApp, when they eventually did respond they said they will process my order when the payment is confirmed how because I made a cash deposit at the FNB ATM. I’ve been calling them and they keep saying I must be patient! HOW CAN I BE PATIENT WHEN I PAID SO MUCH MONEY!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
