Poor Customer Service and Quality

Zero Star for Exclusive Virginia hair ..I went to the Durban branch in morningside..I can comfortably say that what you see on the Ads is most definitely NOT what you get..The quality is POOR and the customer service is utterly disgusting no care at all from the lady at reception to the so called stylists. I dont even want e refund im just Never going to buy from them.It was a ******* its like this company just bought cheap weave at China Mall and came an charge a big price! Goodbye Exclusive Hair
