Pathetic Service delivery

<p>I'm sending this compalin out of frustratration after I was mislead by Exclusive Virgin Hair, after I paid R2, 650.00 on the 31st May 2016. I was looking for a Brazillian Ombre curly weave, and after I had pit in on the 2nd time (this month) It happens that I was sold a Virgin hair fibre NOT A Brazillian weave. I've been in contact with the person on this number ********** , and until today, I haven't had any correspondence from Exclusive Virgin hair.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do you do false advertise and con us of our money that we work so hard for?? I'm taking leagal steps against you people for lying to consumers about waht you are selling and the poor quality of hair you sell!! This hair has knots and its forever tangled...I'm disgusted by your service and I demand a resolution from you as a service outlet.</p> <p> </p>
