PAID AND NOT DELIVERED

I ordered hair 2 December 2024 paid for it but have not received the hair till now ,I tried reaching out to them numerous occasions but they keep on telling me that orders are being sent out ,on their delivery policy it takes 7-10 days to receive your order ,what making me more angry is that they keep on making special where else there's a lot of people who have not received their orders.....this is really a pathetic service this shop must stop doing online orders
