Ordered 26 inches, only received 22 inches - no response from them

Ordered bundles online. Paid for 26 inches, when the hair arrived it was only 22 inches. When I was trying to order the email response was so quick, but when I complained about the hair... No response. If a mistake was made, own it and give the customer what they paid for, don't just ignore a customer's complaint.
