Order not received and being ignored

I have ordered hair on the 29th of November and received proof of order on the 30th of november , Today is the 18th of January and I still have not received my orders , I tried to call them couple of times the online is not being answered , they only pick up the other lines they always promise to send my number to online department but nothings is happening
