Order #3887 Not Delivered or Communication received

I ordered hair on the 12th of February 2025, after numerous follow ups just on the delivery details that hair didn't even arrive on time. Till today I am waiting for the hair and some form of "SMS confirmation". All the listed contact numbers are not helpful and when you inquire on Instagram they route you to those numbers? I even had to find the delivery service contact number. The service is so disappointing and their administrative process is so poor
