No hair quality as advertised

I haven’t purchased online from them in years but the hair I purchased in store looked like a birds nest after two wears. I don’t even wanna mention how it looked after its first wash. I couldn’t revive it as it turned into a ball of knots.

It got bad to the point where my other older wig’s qualities looked way better and that’s alarming. The wig even looked synthetic as it had this shiny plastic-like look. I’m still traumatized to this day coz I wasted so much money.
