Never received package after successful payment

The communication and service delivery from this company is terrible, after my order on the 6th of July they promised to send me my tracking number but they never did. When requesting for it they say they gonna check, this happend twice and I never got my tracking number and they currently not responding to my whatsapp messages. I understand they had a delay on the week of the unrest/looting, but after that week everything went back to normal and they posted on their Facebook timeline that they sent 300 orders out for delivery but up until now I never got my order.
