Needed refund and was told I couldn't get a refund.

I bought hair for R3000. I took the hair back next day and complained about the quality of the hair and the density. I was told they could not refund me and they will send the hair to head office with my complaint. Hair came back the same after 7 days. I regret spending so much money on **** hair. I am so disappointed.
