Mediocre hair..not as advertised

I placed my order on the first of October and received my order today ,the 11th of october.the hair I received is not as advertised...I sent them a WhatsApp complaining about the product,was told to send a picture, which I gladly did.i even sent them a side by side picture of the wig I by from them in 2020 which was a 16' wig , compared to the 20' wig they sent me.the length was the same.the hair quality is mediocre on the 20'.i asked to be sent details to return the product,but was told that's what I ordered therefore m stuck with it. I could have bought the same quality hair or even better at china mall.
