Leaches that don't acknowledge your payment nor order

I placed an order via Whatsapp as per their Facebook page on the 18th. Made payment over R3000. However I still haven't received my order nor acknowledgement that they have received my payment I tried to reach them on Facebook they still ignored me. I tried calling their call center they never answer the phone THEIR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
