Lack of communication and professionalism

I had been impressed with the quality of hair and styling of hair and wigs which I had viewed on this company's social media pages. However, after being promised delivery of my puchase because the stock had ran out, I was not informed that the hair would not be ready on the agreed date, although my number had been taken on the day of my puchase. I am still waiting 2 weeks later after my purchase, with no correspondence or update.
