Kaak service and they care less about a customers frustrations

A whole **** I bought a wig from them on the 21st of March till today the 13th of March I have still not received my parcel, thy sent me a **** waybill that does not track and and no one is taking responsibility to assist me they keep saying they are sending out orders I'll receive a massage from aramex for delivery but nothing worse they are refusing on a refund
