I want my order

Hi can u plz help me I ordered hair on black Friday since today I never even get respond but someone got the hair but she ordered on 29 Nov after me that totally wrng we've been waiting so long but others got the hair even they ordered after us and I'm Durban on Wednesday so I don't know what should I do now it either u bring my order tomorrow or bring back my money i will go to the branch
