I want my money back, since we'll I am struggling to get my order for November 2021

I have ordered my hair since last year November till today I haven't received my order its been 4 months I am contacting them regarding my order but they don't take me serious they kept saying I have received my order or it's with Aramax then when I phone Aramax they told me my ship its lost between their third party in welkom. I now what my money back then they can deal with Aramax later. This is a very bad isn't service
