Horrific, terrible and a nightmare

<p> I had a very bad service experience with exclusive virgin hair clear water and its stuff</p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to Lisa and she has no patience or any customer service with in her,I wanted a lace wig and got a lace closure to my thinking I thought it was the same thing to only find out its not,I tried communicating with them to get the matter resolved but no positive feedback,out of anger and frustration I told them I will take this matter further because they dont want to refund me and instead of them trying to resolve this matter she throws a fit and tells me I must bring it on,I can get lawyer's and what not...I am willing to ackn</p>
