********** advertising and ugly looking wig

I bought a wig that was on special @ the Ghandi square branch.When I went to get my order the wig was horrible, I raised my issues nd I was brushed off by the stylist telling me that I've made my choice and I should deal with it. I asked for the manager an the ******* I was told, saying that the manager will not deal with irrelevant queries. I've been trying to bring this issue to the managers with no luck they are ignoring me on all social media platforms. The wig sold 2 me looks so dry, old let's not mention the color, its definitely not was on their advert. I'm highly disgusted. Worst part is I'm sitting with a wig I will never wear yet they took my money nxa
