False advertising and the staff members are clueless

Exclusive virgin Hair little falls branch is very disappointing and I must say false advertising is what they do best. They advertise something on social media when you get there you get a completely different thing. I wanted the Malaysia curly hair that was on special and they knew nothing about it and instead opted to lie and give me hair that is completely different and said it will look the same once it’s styled. I spent money for something I didn’t want!!! When I contacted their whatsapp number to complain I was told to visit the store! So they are sending me back to the people that are clueless, how are they going to help me now?
