False Advertising and ********

I purchased 14 inch closure online on the 16th of September 2021 for R650.00 The owner immediately called to say it was false advertising that the closure was actually R800.00 they refused to give me a refund. I ended up topping the amount only to receive completely 10 inch hair. This company is ******** a lot of people. Something needs to be done about them.
