False advertising

I bought hair from Exclusive Virgin Hair SA a couple of months ago , I must say I have never had to spend so much money on something so horrific before . I contacted them before regarding the quality of the hair I got versus the hair I wanted which was posted on their socials however they never got back to me. I recently tagged them on their Instagram page uploading pictures of the hair I got and the hair I wanted , proof of payment and all ( still no response ) , at this point all I want is my money back seeing they have failed to deliver “quality hair “ as advertised on their website.
