**** hair shop or salon

I saw an advert of a short wig (finger wave for R500) on their Instagram page and it looked genuine, then Sat 06th April 2019, I sent a friend to buy one for me at their Menlyn branch, but later that day after I checked it and found that it is not what was advertised. I went to the salon to raised a complain and the lady by the name of Sphe and the other colleague were very rude and unwilling to help. They kept saying there is nothing they can do. I want my refund because the product sold to me was extremely **** and pure plastic.
