**** Hair and Pathetic Service

i have never been so disguised by a business, so i have been loyal to exclusive virgin hair for the past two years now and i recently decided to invest in more hair so i bought hair on the 15th of december 2018, firstly the hair was dry and frizzy it didn't look new whatsoever it seemed **** i began to comb it and i have never seen new hair shred like this hair did. i then drove back to exclusive ghandi square where i had bought it and was met by a sign that read no exchange and refund i mean how ***** is that. there was also a sign that gave a number i needed to send a wattsapp message to i sent over 3 messages with no response i was then told to go the head office in roodepoort i mean what an inconvenience why should i have to drive all the way to roodepoort for a query this is appalling i got to the roodepoort branch where i was then told i couldn't get a refund because i bleached the hair they advised that they would do treatment on the hair and i could collect it within two hours i came back the following day and was given wet hair that i needed to blow dry myself i am so disappointed as i spent R2,300 Purchasing the hair from this supplier that i trusted
