I'm very disappointed with East london branch and their poor customer service. I bought my weave on Thursday 11.06.2020 and only wore it on Saturday the 13th and when I comb it's already falling off. I went to their branch and addressed the matter and they told me that they can't assist me, just like that. I have paid so much money for that weave, I wish I knew it before
