Failure to deliver online order_ 6 months and still waiting

Purchased hair online 6 months ago ,and to date I am still waiting for my delivery. I have been calling and texting the so called order department, however noone responds to messages . I have gone to the Durban branch hoping to be assisted ,but still noone is willing to assist.
