I recently purchased hair extensions from Executive Virgin Hair on 772 Cascades Rd, Little Falls, Roodepoort, 1735, on 20 September 2024, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I was sold hair that was advertised as 26 inches, but upon receiving and measuring it, it turned out to be only 18 inches. To make matters worse, the quality of the hair is very poor, with excessive shedding every time it is combed.

I have visited the store three times in an attempt to resolve the issue, but each time, I was sent back and forth without a solution. Most recently, I was told by the manager, Rochen, that I could exchange the hair for another product, but that is not what I asked for. I paid for a product that was misrepresented, and I should be entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection Act.

The lack of accountability and poor customer service has been extremely disappointing. I trusted this company, but I feel they are not concerned with providing the quality they advertise or with customer satisfaction.

I would caution anyone considering buying from this store—be very careful, and make sure you're getting exactly what you pay for.
