Exclusive virgin hair they online shopping really sucks

Yoh this people are really ****mers or what i dont know... I bought the weave on the 2nd August 2024 to this date i havent received it they were blue ticking me i paid for delivery.. Today they answered my text saying i should pay R150 for weave making fee of which they didnt tell me about... I asked for any solution they said they dont have so asked them to refund me or just send those bundles i'll make the weave myself they blue ticked me again
