Exclusive Virgin Hair = **** BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woow. I placed an order on their Black Friday special last Friday the 26th. On their posts they said we should send proof of payment, the picture of the hair we want, then the address to deliver the order. The first number to send to was: ***. Then they did not acknowledge receipt of order. Come Monday, 29 November, they post on their Instagram Page @Exclusive_virgin_hairs that the old number crashed due to "high volume of messages". I then sent again the proof to their new number *** and still nothing. They are no responding to messages, dm's, they are no longer posting on their social media. It's a mess. I ordered hair as a gift for my mother over R1000 to not get it. It's sickening how we try support black businesses, specifically women entrepreneurs, but then they do you dirty.

I want my money back one way or another!!!
