I saw beautiful unique Brazilian hair on their Instagram page. I took the picture of the hair and sent whatapp asking the price of that particular hair. I got the price and the Banking details. The hair was ombre with a unique texture, beautiful. I asked if it is the exact color on the picture, I got a yes. I deposited the money, and the hair arrived within a week. I got a shock of my life, it was something black, ordinary texture... I freaked out and I sent them a message asking what kind of nonsense is this. I was told stories. They started showing me other types of hair that I don't even like. I wanted that specific hair I enquired about. After realizing they don't have what I want. I requested a refund, they told me about the ' 'no refund policy' which I was never told about. What hurts me more is that before I deposited the money I double checked if the hair comes in ombre color. I got a yes.
