Exclusive virgin hair S.A are unreliable and their customer service is pathetic!

The most pathetic service i've ever encountered. I ordered hair from Exclusive virgin hair on the 21 March 2019 sent them proof of payment and my details and the picture of what I was ordering as per instructions on their site. The promise on the site was that the delivery would be made 24hrs after proof of payment had been received. Needless to say this didn't happen, despite multiple attempts to reach them. I kept being given a different number to forward the very same details. I ended up being given 4 different contact numbers. I eventually couldn't take it anymore and called them demanding answers, this was now the 04-04-2019. They sent me a reply saying that the order would be received next day, which it was. I received the order and was absolutely horrified! It looked nothing like what I had ordered. When I called, they were very rude. And told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I have to go to their Durban branch and get it fitted at an extra cost. But it wasn't just about the fitting. It's different types of hair, uneven in the worst way, and one part was brown and the other black. Oh and I was told no refund.
