I ordered hair on the 5/12/24 till today they don't respond to their WhatsApp messages they told me to send the proof of payment to their WhatsApp number I did that, days later there was still no response I called them they told me to wait they'll respond when I say I want a refund they tell me they can't refund me my money I have to just wait I called today the 8/01/25 they still tell me to wait I don't have a choice but to wait for how long no one knows their manager doesn't answer the phone I just want my money back no more stories
