I bought two wigs on the 25th March 2021 from the online special they had. I was promised delivery within 2 - 3 business days. I still have not received anything other than a tracking order that doesn't exist, I even checked it with Aramex. I called them and I got sent from pillar to post, I was told to dial different numbers which were voice mails as well. They do not even respond to my whatsapp messages when I enquire. their service is atrocious for the people who suppose to be good in the business. They PR needs to really review the service they offer. I did not buy on credit, so if they cannot keep their promise or communicate then I would like a refund please.
