Exclusive Virgin Hair - *****!!

Exclusive advertised that they have a month end special/sale running until 26th April. They advertised a specific hair i wanted. I phoned their Little Falls branch to confirm if they have stock, and i was told "yes we have it in stock". I drove to the Little Falls branch, only to be told that they do not have that specific hair, its not on sale and its not a full frontal closure as advertised. Instead, it was a wig with one parting!! This is the second time this has happened to me, being told "yes we have the hair on special" but being told a different story upon arrival. I've been a customer with Exclusive for years, but I am officially done! They are very unprofessional. Why advertise things you do not have, why lie to customers? Why make customers drive all the way to your stores and tell them a different story? I'm done!!
