Exclusive virgin hair is a ****

I bought 2 Malaysian curly wigs at exclusive virgin hair ....upon delivery they only delivered one Immediately after receiving that wig I contacted them they they gave me WhatsApp number to contact and send proof of purchase to them and they will attend to it,of which I did.After numerous calls and WhatsApp texts I was then told that the customer care is not responding and I was given the number to contact them myself.After numerous attempt I finally got hold of customer care and they told me that they cannot assist me I should contact the WhatsApp number that gave me waybill number.I did contact them but they are not responding.Til today I paid for 2 wigs but only got 1.I will never ever waste my money like that.Exclusive virgin hair does not take its customers seriously....they are a ****.They rob people
