Exclusive virgin hair ******

I bought 2 wigs online from Exclusive Virgin Hair. Neither of the wigs were what they supposed to look like and when I complained they took weeks to respond and even than they just said the hair is correct and there is nothing wrong. Never again and the texture of the hair does not match the money. What a waste of my money
