Exclusive virgin hair bad service

I bought hair from exclusive virgin hair on the 3rd of October 2024 and till today 17 December 2024 I have not received my hair which marks today as 73 days since I placed my order. I have been calling their salons on a number of occasions with no assistance coz they always refer me to the watsapp number which is not functional. I’m am at the end of the rope with no assistance due to their incompetence and inability to help their customers. They don’t even want to assist with contact details of the person who can assist and this is the worst experience of my life in retail
