Exclusive Hair has Terrible customer service and Lack of Communication

I am very disappointed with the online purchasing system and the lack of customer service. Placed an order and 3 days later the only update I've received is order has been received. And calling and whatsapping is a complete waste because 1 the persons assisting are not interested and all they tell u is sorry, please wait. Hw is it you can buy from overseas and get your parcels in a week, are updated everyday on ur order and local is just so terrible. Definitely never buying from them again
