Exclusive con artists

I called these people on a Wednesday afternoon to find out if they had the hair i wanted in stock and the lady said they do and that i would receive the hair on Friday. I transferred R2350.00 and sent them proof of payment via email and whatsapp. This happened on 19 December 2017 and until today i have not received my hair. They dont answer calls, they dont respond to emails and whatsapp messages, when they do speak to you they still lie and use their favourite phrase : "your order will be processed shortly". I went on to their facebook page and saw that alot of ladies wer complaining about either not getting their hair or if they do get, they are given **** hair which gets damaged after a few days. These people are a bunch of unprofessional amateurs and i feel that South African women should be warned against them. I am getting legal advise, i want to take them to court, i want my money back and money that i spent on my hair while waiting for them to eventually deliver.
