Do not order hair from Exclusive

I wish I could rate this **** of a company 0. I ordered hair on the 5th of December 2024 for a Christmas event. It's May 22 2025 today, I haven't received my hair. I sent someone to their branch with my proof of payment, they refused to give him the hair. Basically do not order from this company unless you are donating your money, they don't deliver.
