Dissatisfied client

Hi I recently bought a 22 inch Peruvian wig from exclusive virgin hair smaPretoria CBD branch and I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the hair. I bought it on the 10th of December 2021 and have worn it 3 times however it does not look appealing at all and seems to tangles up. I would like to seek a refund. I understand a lot of women have been de*****ed by this company furthermore would like to suggest that those that have been victimized by this company that we all come together and due this company for false advertising.
