Disgusting service offered 2 paying customers

I have just spoken to a lady by the name of Lebogang from Exclusive Virgin Hair on phone number : ********** . She was very rude and did not even want to listen or care to hear me out. She didnt even want to give me her name. Each time i asked her 4 her name she would keep quiet. She eventually passed the phone 2 someone else who was just as rude of nit more and this went as gar as 2 even scream at me on the phone, telling me shw has a lot of things 2 do than 2 deal with me. I have never dealt with such in my life.This is infuriating as anyone paying customer to be treated like this by their so called " call centre" if that is the customer service EVH offers then i will never ever buy feom them and will inform all the people i know to not buy from them.. I am absolutely disgusted with your service
