Disappointed

I had the worst first experience. I called before heading to the capetown branch to confirm if they have the hair I want on stock. They said they do have. When I got there the receptionist told me they’re out of stock, she’s been waiting for stock since two days ago. She gave me her number for me to check if they’ll have it later or the next day. I contacted her in two hours asking if they have received stock already, to my surprise she said yes. So I quickly ran back to the shop. I got the weave. It was hand stitched, with huge gaps, the inches don’t add up. It’s 14 inches instead of the 22 inches they advertised. Also it’s not glue less. I’m definitely not buying from them again.
