Disappointed customer

I am highly disappointed with this company and it’s service, this was my last time buying from this supplier I bought hair from their witbank branch it’s been a month and I still haven’t received my hair, when I call they don’t pick up if they do they say they will get back to me till now... which makes me wonder why would you sell something that is out of stock then hide behind the no refund policy, if this is how you make money during such time I have to say that I’m really disgusted by your conduct.

Things would have been even better if the hair that I’ll have to wait decades for was of good quality
