Disappointed

Ordered online 3 weeks ago and i am still waiting for my order.. Been referred to a lot of customer care agents but no help yet Its always the backlog story and they always say that my order is on the way ..if only i read the reviews before ordering from exclusive virgin hair s.a ,i would not be stressed out thinking about when i will get my wigs ..
