Bunch of ******, Evil and heartless business owner.

I thought I could give these people a chance, despite the bad reviews on social media and Hello Peter because I had bought hair from them in 2018 and it still looked fine. This was the worst decision ever, R2500 down the drain, the stylists dont even know how to customize a frontal wig or lay edges. Only a day and the wig is tangled. This is serious day light ******* what these people are doing is ******** and ******** charges need to be made against Exclusive hair. The NO refund policy they have going on is because they know everyone who buys from them would take back the hair and ask for a refund. What is so disappointing is the fact that they even hired security guards from Nigeria to fight ladies who are not happy with their hair. With the gender based violence going on in our country it is very sad that we have woman who also practise GBV against other woman ALL in the name of making money. You people are ******** and inyembezi zabantu aziweli phansi. We need to start supporting our own South African grown businesses and stop supporting these ********.
