Outstanding bleaching services at Exclusive. I brought in my hair to be bleached properly because I attempted to dye it on my own and it was disastrous. That is when E.v.h. stepped in and did an amazing job for me. My hair looked beautiful. I'm totally in love with the new colour!!!
