Badly treated and injured two stitches on my scalp and no compensation

I got my hair done at the exclusive virgin hair Cape Town branch and Getrude,the supervisor , and hairdresser insulted me and other clients waiting in the que for using our phones. The next thing was that the weave that I was platted gave headaches and after 2 weeks of persistent headaches and pain medication I decided to remove it. To my shock she had put two stitches into my scalp and I had developed an wound and a scalp infection( it’s called cellulitis). I was compelled to cut my hair.
