BAD SERVICE - EXCLUSIVE VIRGIN HAIR

I saw an ad on Exclusive Virgin Hair facebook page, they were advertising their wigs that were on special. There was option of placing an order online and a cell phone number where you were to send your proof of payment when an order was completed. Also there are banking details for deposits. I was interested in one of their wigs and proceeded with my order, did everything as per their facebook post, when I was done I sent the proof of payment to the whatsapp number. This was on 28 July 2022, there has been no feedback ever since. I have tried reaching out to them but I have been sent from pillar to post. The cellphone is unreachable and when you call the landline they give you all sorts of funny stories, things like "the are lot of messages on the whatsapp and when your text has been read you will get your ref"

I have been waiting since that day. Funny enough when I made enquiries before making any payments they were very quick to respond. I have been writting them messages to no success.

I have posted on their twitter handle, instagram and facebook but no one cares to respond. I have never purchased online and this is such a bad experience for me. I have been thinking "I am the only one, is there more people with the same problem or am I just being dramatic"

I am writting this review so that if these people are ******** they can be exposed.
